A double patio door gives access to a tiled patio with an open wooden pergola, and a small private garden. Part of the garden it is tiled and the other part has a few bushed and pebbles.

Tiled steps lead to the top floor, which consists of a spacious double bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a half bath with a glass screen. The bedroom leads to a small balcony overlooking the pool and gardens and across the White Mountains and surrounding countryside.

THE EXTERIOR:

The shared exterior areas are very well finished with flagged walkways and patios. The plot is well maintained and dotted with beautifully planted garden areas.

This is a peaceful and relaxing spot , but only 10 minutes from beaches and all amenities.
